Paras Papad was founded in 1989 by Mr. Parasmal H. Jain in Old Prakasha Road, Shahada. After earning his MBA from Pune University, Mr. Jain decided forayed into entrepreneurship and business. Gradually, Mr. Jain’s family also joined in.
In 1991, Mr. Jain’s wife, Adv. Mrs. Smita P. Jain, joined the business and played a key role in designing policies for the company, which primarily employed female workers.
